A baking class was held in the St. Joseph Catholic Church Parish Activity Center kitchen on Saturday, December 14, 2019, beginning at 9:00 a.m.  The class focused on preparation of Czech bread and cookies for Christmas.  All baking ingredients were included in the cost of the class, and students got to take their baked goods home with them.  The instructor for the class was Stan Vitha, who lives in Bryan but is from the Czech Republic.  He has hosted numerous baking classes in the past.
