2013 Kolache and Easter Baking Class

The class was taught by Mr. Stanislav Vitha, and involved making Easter Breads, which are sweet breads with nuts and raisins, as well as traditional West Bohemian, large koláče with yogurt cheese, poppy seed and fruit filling. The class also enjoyed making rye sourdough bread for lunch.
